If a design already exists, we will look at what kind of photos should be made for that purpose and how it can be tackled practically, logistically and not unimportantly, within a certain budget. The best ideas are completely useless if they are unattainable due to practical or budgetary constraints. A good assessment of possibilities and limitations always leads to the best achievable result.

That depends very much on the way in which everyone should be photographed. For simple profile pictures for internal use, a few minutes per person is often enough, but if the portraits really need to add to the company’s image on a website or in a brochure, a more extensive session with more attention to detail may be required. The advantage is that if someone joins or leaves the company, the group photo can be adjusted relatively easily.
